Cryolysis is a pain treatment method consisting in blocking the conduction of nerve impulses
by locally freezing the nerves as a result of applying a special needle to them with a
temperature of -78 degrees C. This causes the abolition of pain in a given area of the body.
The anesthesia effect lasts from several to several months after the procedure.
